Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ClaimRight Legal collects when you use this website, how that information is used, and the choices you have. ClaimRight Legal is a paid legal advertising and lead-generation service, not a law firm.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, location and the accident- or injury-related answers you provide in the inquiry form, plus whether you checked the optional communications consent box.
Information collected automatically: limited technical and advertising-campaign information such as your device type, the page you submitted from and the campaign parameters in the link you followed. We do not collect your precise location.
We do not ask for and you should not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, complete medical records or other unnecessary highly sensitive documents.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To verify your phone number, to review whether an inquiry can be sent to a participating law firm in your location, to share your inquiry with one or more participating law firms, to contact you about your request, to keep records of consent and delivery, and to detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions.
We use aggregate, de-identified measurement data to understand how the website performs. That measurement data excludes your name, email address, phone number and free-text answers.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share the information you submit with one or more participating law firms that handle matters in your location so they can evaluate and respond to your request. The identity of the receiving law firm may not be known at the time you submit.
We also use service providers that process information on our behalf, including hosting, database, email delivery, SMS delivery, phone-verification and workflow-automation providers. Those providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell your information for money.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask a participating law firm to stop contacting you directly.
Submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain inquiry, consent and delivery records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet legal, recordkeeping and audit obligations, and then delete or de-identify them.
We use administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
CHILDREN
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. To exercise a privacy right or ask a question about this policy, use the request form linked above and we will respond as required by applicable law.
